Callie Adams is a poet and painter from the greater Seattle area. Her work strives to see beauty in the mundane, to wrestle with life's existential questions, and to ultimately uncover, day by day, a greater glimpse of the face of God. She's always loved writing but found her poetic voice in a college genres class under the influence of T.S. Eliot's Four Quartets and Rainer Maria Rilke's Book of Hours. Informed by her deep faith, she hopes to make poetry a daily discipline, like prayer, which when shared might draw others nearer to God.
